# VenueGo

> Protect Events checks age and identity when guests sign up or buy a ticket, so they are pre-vetted before they arrive.

Canonical page: https://venuego.co.uk/

VenueGo is the product. Protect Events is the check. The company is VenueOra Ticketing Limited. The public site is https://venuego.co.uk. Sign-in for customers is https://venuego.co.uk/login, which sends people to https://verify.venuego.co.uk. That host is the product, not a second public site.

The check reads a passport or driving licence in the camera. It does not look up DVLA, the passport office, or any other government database, and it does not read a passport chip. Documents in scope are United Kingdom (GB), Ireland (IE), and United States (US) passports (photo page) and driving licences (front and back). The guest also holds that document beside their face.

A session stays open for 24 hours and allows 3 attempts. A clear result is approved or declined. Anything uncertain is needs_review until the customer's team decides. ID images and the extracted identity are deleted after 30 days, unless the check is still needs_review.

## Prices

- Trial: £0 to start. Enough to give the system a try. 25 verifications included. Hosted check on the guest's phone. Approved, declined or needs review. No card to start.
- Starter: £9 per month. For small events. 500 verifications a month. White-label hosted flow. Webhooks and API access. Under 2p a check.
- Growth: £29 per month. For events that scale. 2,500 verifications a month. Everything in Starter. Priority support. About 1p a check.

There is no metered overage. A larger one-off event is quoted on the volume you expect, from about 1p a check.

## Limits

- It does not replace Challenge 25, door staff, or a condition on a premises licence.
- It is not legal advice.
- A clear automated approval is not proof that a document is genuine.
