# Benefits

> Guests are pre-vetted at signup or checkout, the venue manages review, and the result can return to ticketing.

The check is finished before the guest travels. Each session carries the minimum age for that signup or that ticket, so an 18+ night and a younger show do not share one switch.

Under age and expired documents are declines. Signs that a document was edited, or photographed off a screen, wait for the venue's team. The hosted flow uses the venue's name, colours, and wording. Signed webhooks carry the result back to signup, membership, or ticketing.

Checks run in the UK. Images travel over HTTPS and are stored encrypted. ID images are deleted after 30 days unless that check is still in review.
