Which plan should we start with?

The trial is enough to give the system a try: 25 checks, no card. Starter is £9 a month for small events, 500 checks. Growth is £29 a month for events that scale, 2,500 checks.

What is included in the monthly price?

Every check includes the face capture, the passport or driving licence, the age result, and a webhook back to your signup or ticketing system. Flagged documents wait in the review pipeline you manage. There is no scanner to buy.

What happens when an event is larger than the plan?

Talk to us before a big date. Events above the monthly plans are priced on the volume you expect, from about 1p a check, so one large event is not forced into a monthly average.

Can we start checks from our own site or ticketing system?

Yes. Create a verification session when someone signs up or buys a ticket, with your own reference and a minimum age. The response includes a link for the guest. Signed webhooks tell your system when the result is approved, declined or waiting in your review pipeline.
